newbie error

Hi sorry to be a dumbass but i cant seem to get this to launch.
i just get this when launching madsonic on my Qnap
HTTP ERROR: 404

/WEB-INF/jsp/login.jsp
RequestURI=/WEB-INF/jsp/login.jsp

any help would be greatly appricated.
