Clarification re: source code

Hi there,

I was looking for the madsonic source code, but could only find the last release in it's own version-specific repo ( github MadMarty/madsonic-server-5.1 ). I'm a bit confused, but from I could gather that is how source for madsonic is released? No open repository to follow (and possibly contribute to) development?

Fair enough if that's the case, but it'd be good if that was stated somewhere, and maybe the reasoning, since it's kinda unusual. It says on the madsonic homepage it's an open-source project, so I sorta assumed it'd work as most of the other open source projects with easy access to the sources. Also, there is no link form the homepage to the latest source, which would be handy, coulda saved me a bit of time looking around. Also, build instructions in the Readme would be cool, having problems getting the debian installer to build.

Cheers!

I too would like some clarification about this.

Specifically, I would like a download of the source for the latest 6.1 release as required by the GPL.
