Is it me?

Didn't there used to be a tab that popped up when you started scrolling through the library that made it much easier to go through the library?

Is there an option in settings that needs to be changed, or is it just gone? I really liked it when you had the tab pop up and made it easy to go to a letter section of the library. Was the feature just dropped?
