A method to manually populate artist with no Last.FM data.

I am testing out the latest version and love it. However, I have a few artist who are found in Last.FM but I don't have artist data or top track information. I ran several full scans. Can I request a way to manually populate a single artist? I can manually fill in the top track data, but the option to Play/Top tracks is not listed for this artist.
