extra "save" button

extra "save" button

May sound stupid, but I would like to see a Save button on top as well as the existing one on the bottom in all the settings folders. I know, I know...many other suggestions should come way before this but some of the longer settings like General and Personal/default......maybe its' just me being lazy..I know it's not necessary just a thought.
