Unable to log in on Mobile App

I'm using the server behind a reverse proxy, but the issue persists even when using the tomcat server directly.

Every time, it gives a "wrong username or password" and errors out. The logs for madsonic confirm this, and I've tried using a different user account just in case (as I have a semi complex password), but it still errors out.

Logging into the web interface has absolutely no issues. So, unless it's being mangled by the APP or the REST API.... (but other subsonic based apps work without an issue)

Hi.
I have the same problem with the latest android client (5.7.1), on android 6.0.
I get "wrong username or password". If I use the subsonic android client, with the same config, it works.
I use Madsonic 6.1.8550 on ubuntu.

This happens to me too. Other clients (subsonic, dsub, and the web client) are totally fine. My username and password aren't especially bizarre. The Madsonic client has never worked for me.
Maybe it's due to my server being only http, not https? Or something else? I'd love to try this client if I could get logged in. Latest 6.1 on FreeNAS (FreeBSD).

I have the same problems with the current mobile client (v5.7.1). The only account that is able to login is the "admin" user. All other users are showing me a "Connection Failure: Wrong username or password".

Try upgrade to latest Build 9080 and make for the affected user a password change, then please try again.

Yes, it is working now, but only when I change the password while I'm logged in as "admin". When I do a password change when I'm logged in as the affected user, the madsonic app refuses to connect again.

Please try to generate a new server entry in the Android Client to establish a new API config.

Hi; I just saw this and tried it, and it worked fine! Now I can use the official mobile client. Resetting the password in the web UI did it.
