Is madsonic alive ?

Hey guys,
I am a happy (well kinda) premium user of madsonic, but lately we havnt been getting any updates about the project at all...

Whats the new api status ? The placeholder in the documentation is there for a long time now
What about the many features that users has been requesting over and over...

Can we get an response from the mods ?

I don't know but I submitted a new support topic, which requires an admin to approve, about a week ago, and it still hasn't been approved. I'm sure they are busy, but some updates would be nice =)

I been holding out fo soo long waiting for the new api, its really frustrating not having any concrete dates or even a roadmap

This project has to be dead... i am a paying customer and i asked a simple question... what is the official way to back up madsonic back in april 24 2018 and have yet to receive a reply .. i bumped it 2 x over the last few months... no reply.. you would think how to back up would be something basic in the manual or FAQ... unbelievable ... not to mention absolutely no update to madsonic in FreeBSD so i cant get anything remotely close to recent on my FreeNAS server...
