I do a simple search for "Santana", and...
I'm wondering, why "Santana" isn't found as an Artist, while he is shown as an Albumartist.
Is this behaviour changeable? (to have "Santana" shown at Artists, because I got several albums tagged with Santana as Artist)
I tried changing the media folders view from "Music - Artists" to "Music - Various Artists", but that does not had an impact on the displayed searchresult.
(maybe it needs some hours/days to take effect. How would I know that changes are applied?)
search-result is sometimes like this:
and sometimes like this:
Simple question: why ?
Folder syntax for the artist is /artists/album/tracks
Contents (number of albums) of the /artist/ folder did not change the last weeks, but I embedded album art to some of the albums.
I've read this old post from 2013: MediaType and search function and this one Library navigation behaving incorrectly but actually, that did not enlighten me.
