License Key Failure After Update

MadEvil,

Please help. Im a premium registered license subscriber but i just upgraded and my license is not being accepted anymore. I event tried to use the forgot license key feature and it says im not even registered.

I'm a long time user and you had reset my key back in Jan 2017 when there was an issue. is there a know issue now.

I have the same experience.
I too got an email (back in 2015) after purchasing what I thought was a lifetime Premium fee (see attached)

I've also had to post on these forum pages a couple of times to get the license to work again for one reason or the other.
For the first time, however, the thread/topic regarding current license issues is now closed/locked with a somewhat vague statement from Marty: http://forum.madsonic.org/viewtopic.php ... =200#p7630
I really don't know how to feel about this.
