Madsonic Support

Hello, I just got the premium version, and it works great on music.
On video I have instead some problem wich refers only to certain videos and not to others.
When I start the video on the web player both using google and msie it appears the image relating to it but it does not start.
Instead the player seems to be waiting for the video start: three points appears flickering.
two other things happen:
no more logs after this error, until i restart the server
no possible optimization for video streaming since the buttons that start the process does not appear
Here I report the error relating to one of those video.

Hi, I partially answer to myself: it was a problem of network disk access. I have to configure the proper user to access the seagate goflex disk.

However there are some other files that still have problems: the ones that comes from an external hard disk attached to a Wester digital Mycloud disk. while the ones that reside on the "internal" WD Mycloud disk are perfectly visible.
Still looking for a complete solution....
