Some User's Activity Not Showing In Log

As of build 6.2.8840, only some users activity show up in the serverlog. Some users do not show up at all, however I can see that they are active in the Transferstatus and Broadcast tabs.

The issue is with build 6.2.8840
Upon further investigation, it appears the issue is with any user using the app. Any user that is streaming via the web browser shows up correctly within the log, however none of the app based streaming shows up in the log at all.
