Smart Playlists and Smart queue

Hello!
I have just one feature request - smart playlists. I imagine it to be a mash-up of the Editor, Pandora and Radio modes. This will not only simplify the existing feature set while still making it much more powerful. So what are these smart playlists and smart queues?
Smart Playlists
Playlist will be permanent list of tracks aggregated based on a given set of parameters such as genre, year, artist, star rating, etc. This playlist should have an option to be updated automatically when tracks matching the said parameters are added to the library.
Smart Queue
This is more akin to the pandora mode. User will be able to specify certain parameters such as (1) length of the queue either in duration or number of tracks, (2) any one or more of artist, rating, genre, year, mood, last.fm top tracks, last.fm similar artists, etc and a new play queue is created.

Thanks!

Will this option of creating smart playlists be available?
Or is it possible to do that with the DB Menu?

As a follow up to this. You can manually generate Smart Playlists using the Database tool. I posted about this on reddit a week or so ago. It's not fully automated, so you would have to run the queries from time to time, but they add some really nice functionality to playlist management.

because we have a lot of customized tags in our music-files and need automated playlists for each of the custom tag.

(so please add custom tag support for smart playlists, and not reduce it to the usuals, like "title", "artist", "album", "path"....)
