Like & Dislike

Hey there!
Running 6.1 and loving it so far.
I love the Pandora like concept of Follow Me to help me discover new music or just listen to music that is similar to what I like.
But I was wondering, is it possible to put in a feature similar to Pandora Where I can like and dislike a song.
The like feature is obviously there, called star, but what if I do not like a song and would not want to hear it again? Clicking dislike would help the server know that I (or any user) would rather not have that song show up again.
Is this possible?
Am I the only one that wants this?
I would love to hear from the coummnity as well as the developers
