Allow admin to change playlist owner

Once a playlist goes through an export/import cycle, the original owner of the playlist is lost and the playlist becomes owned by "admin". It would be nice if the system admins could edit the owner of the playlist from "admin" to the original owner.
Right now I have to do this through the database screen using SQL commands.
