Random Play Que not working [solved]

I just updated to the 5.1 final and notice that the Random play que doesn't seem to be working.
I tried various inputs but cannot get a play que to populate.

Is this the Pandora list, or something else? I'm having issues with the Pandora list as well.
Nevermind... it's the random playlists as well.
I was able to import my playlists from backup and load a full list, but after reaching the end, it just stopped - didn't create a new list based on Pandora being enabled.

I have tried all random functions, which did not work? I do not understand exactly what isn't working:
Album random, PlayQueue random, Playlist random, Web GUI, Android Client, ... ?
Maybe a media files scan is missing, a new index is needed that random search function is working properly.

Not sure if GJ51 is experiencing the same, but for me, it's:
Go To "More" at the top, then choose any # of songs, any genre, any year, and any folder (any combination of the "any" or an actual value gives same results), then click "OK", and a playlist is supposed to generate, but nothing happens.
This happens on both an admin user and a non-admin user.
I've created a separate post regarding the Pandora mode, but I think these two issues may be related.
Edit: Could it be related to the fact that "Allow User to create playlists" option is no longer a user permission?

Yes - that is what I'm seeing. The random playlist isn't generating.

As defined above:
Click on "More" to bring up "Random play que"
Select any number of songs, genre, year, or folder in any valid combination. Clicking "OK" does NOT generate any playlist as it should.
