Buffering Question

Hello Everyone!

I have a couple of laptops in my apartment running Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS and Madsonic 5.1. One laptop is connected with an Ethernet cable, and Madsonic works perfectly.

The second laptop is in a separate room with a mediocre wireless connection. There are often problems with music dropping out or stuttering because of problems with the wireless signal.

Is there a way to increase the buffer in Madsonic to get rid of this problem? Playing music through Plex on this second laptop works perfectly because it buffers the music in advance.

Unfortunately, running an Ethernet cable to the second laptop is not an option, and the wireless router can't be moved as it's already in a centralized location to give the best signal to both sides of the apartment.

Thanks for your help!

3 possibilities:
- build up a corporate like Wireless distribution -> no dropping signals, cable connected APS in every room

OR

since the webinterface has no option for buffering, change the system options for flash player like

OR

as i can see you are running *ix ..
try to fetch an android apk emulator and run the madsonic app.
this app has an own buffermanagement
