Musicfolders: Organize by folder structure

Settings - > Media Folders -> Organize by folder structure
is marked but grey and therefore not changeable.
Why?

Anyway. Although this is marked Madsonic does not care about.
Example:
Album-Tag: Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band
Folder-name: 001 Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band
Madsonic always shows "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band ", that means the album-tag and not the folder-name.
