How to Transfer users from 5.x to 6.x

ok I have two questions the main one been is there any way to migrate the users from my 5.x to the 6.x server without creating new users all over again thanks
my second question is about the Premium how do i get a code and when it paid for is it going to be one off or monthly thanks
