Custom web address with Premium??

I am running madsonic with my own ip host. Is madsonic premium needed to access my music outside of my home network using my own custom web address? It worked fine during the trial period, which has now expired. I have never used the "yourname.madsonic.org" feature. Furthermore, there isn't even an option to purchase premium features, none of which I have any need for.
