Madsonic Support

Hi bin using subsonic for over a year now and my library is to big for it:) i want the nice features of madsonic, sadly the install doesnt work.

my steps wre:
purge subsonic
rm /var/subsonic and /usr/share/subsonic

install subsonic 4.5 beta2 via deb
install madsonic 5.0.3800 via deb

and i changed the /etc/default/subsonic user to my user

i chown -R /var/subsonic , /var/madsonc, /usr/share/subsonic and /usr/share/madsonic

after i installed it i could log in to ip:4040 and was presented with the madsonic login, but after a reboot i only go subsonic? what am i doin wrong?

ps what is the best way to fresh install madsonic

If I read what you wrote, it looks like to purged Subsonic then put Subsonic back on.
Then you installed Madsonic on top of that.

Why not just install Madsonic on its own?
